First thing that makes me wonder is the fact that even though, some seller have, say 50+ feed back, I wonder why they ask for payment with a money order or wired, etc. when I prefer something like PayPal so that there is some form of protection when buying? Not saying they will stick it to me, but still, what protection do I have with sending them payment with a money order and such? Do most of you avoid those that ask for such type of payment?
Just looking to be a better consumer on this site.
Thanks
I have never had an issue with paypal myself but many have and refuse to use it. Your job when it comes to buying here is follow through until you are comfortable with the transaction. If they have a generous amount of positive feedback that is your 1st indication. However if they dont accept paypal then if need be ask for their phone number and a good time to call. They probably have a legit reason for not accepting paypal. Up to you to do whatever it takes to get comfortable. Sadly there are no guarantees but a good trading history on here usually means you are safe.

Hi Kevin....just another member here but there is an ad for "TeleVue 21mm 2 inch Ethos Eyepiece" from you which can only be seen by viewing it via your account page. It is in "not confirmed" status. You need to go to your account page, view your ads, open that ad and click on "place this ad".....until you do it cant be seen by anyone besides yourself. While I cant actually open it, it does appear in your list of ads. Right now only you can open it. I suspect this is your problem or at least part of it.
As pointed out above by Herb already. A lot of people inadvertently miss that last step.....see it all the time.

Pretty much 90% of why I even bother hanging out here is to watch Rich call you guys out on your BS.....ohhh and I also get a kick out of how transparently you guys pat each other on the back when you do happen to get one up on him....which isnt often but whenever it does you all gleefully do a round of patting your backs....hilarious!

Thanks for proving my point and changing the subject.
Thanks for not dealing with the substance of their reporting, but just attacking the source of reporting.
Back to work!!
Time to come to the realization that we have been hoodwinked here in the AM politics forum. We are conversing with "Russian Bots" not actual liberals and RINO's lol
