I'm running an auction in REFRACTORS which is in its final hour or two and the bids are stuck! Everyone who enters a bid gets entered at $1295. So they're not bidding up the price against current top bid.
I received an email form a user on this.
I would like advice on how to proceed. I sent an email to support. But of course the final hours of the auction are the most important and so this issues is pretty much jamming up the entire auction.
