Featured Ad posted but not Featured

I placed Ad number 427155, clicked 60 hours featured, but the system while noted on the edit page that it's featured thru the date given, posted as a regular ad, never went to the pay page. I cannot re edit it to assure its featured because that option is no longer available, replaced w note it's featured.

I am definitely still hit or miss on email responses to my ads, both ways.

I am having better luck through Messages, but I am not seeing all of my Sent messages.

1) I have been communicating with Glenn Littledale. On his page, his Forum history shows my name as generating his forum posts all the way back!

2) On my iPad air 2 and Kindle Fire HDX 8.9, on the intro page the photos for Featured ads are stretched out and blown up. On my iPhone 8+ they are fine.

3) In My Account / General / Display Preferences you can toggle yes to always show sold / found items in the classified list, but in Classifieds always defaults to no.

While the emails are still dodgy, I discovered that the missing Sent Private Messages were those when replying to the emailed message from my in box. You must click on the message and reply from within Astromart.

I think at this point that private messages only work through Astromart internal system. If you reply to the email they won't go to private messages inbox.

However, it's also possible that reply to in the email is not leading to that user email address but to general astromart email.  We can fix that by adding user email as reply-to.
Some respondents to my ads their email does not reach me, I learn from PM. Some of my reply email to them appears to not be received by them, at least no answer. Difficult to know because when I ask them to reply to both ad email and PM, and I see no email, cannot judge if they did indeed do both.

The above screen grab is from Kindle Fire HDX 8.9, iPad Air2 looks identical.

4) When I try to move pics around in edit existing ad, they don't stick. Is that feature only for new ads?
