The double standard for the left and the 2 tiered Justice system in the USA is alive and well, especially in Wash D.C.

Yes.  Pretending to be handcuffed is cheesy, but they were arrested.  Surely you get the joke on Richard and his BS mischaracterization of everything I've posted, plus his illogical "you never posted on this, that or the other thing" schtick.

We need those too!  smile
The dodge is of course saying you don't care anymore after I corrected you on my actual thoughts on Holder.

My graphs and data thread had nearly 1000 replies.  A forum record.  Jim

Little wing is indeed a great song.  I am partial to the original and then SRV.  Have you heard Tuck and Patti from maybe the 80's-early 2000s?  Tuck Andress is a jazz guitar virtuoso.  He plays a 1953 Gibson L-5.  We saw them several times in small venues around Denver back then.  They have a great Little Wing/Castles Made of Sand cover.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D7wzlQb8LXQ

Jim, sorry to hear that your left hand is still giving you trouble.  That's a real bummer.  J

This post is informative, Rich.  I had always assumed/hoped you were a reasonable and approachable guy on topics other than politics.

The nuance of his piano riffs grab me by the ears lol......and the tenor sax is great as well. Yeah its blues but with definite jazzy overtones.....

That's really nice.  Do you have a favorite Andy Cowan album?  Always looking to expand my collection of music.  This song shows up on the "One of These Days" album, but it looks like it is going to be tough to find.  I don't download MP3s, although I could start.  I like albums.  This one is not available on HD tracks, and on Amazon, a used CD is $99.00.  shocked

Guess I'm bored on  Monday morning, but here is how I view the participants in this thread.  Sorry if I missed anyone.  Curious if you guys vehemently disagree with the chart below.  Note the circle.  This was some time during the Bush years when James, Mel and myself had interchangeable opinions.  All in fun of course.  Even where I placed Rich.  Don't take offense please!  Jim

Trump's silence on January 6 is damning.

As his followers stormed the Capitol, calling on his vice president to be hanged, President Donald Trump sat in his private dining room, watching TV, doing nothing.

For three hours, seven minutes.
This is a remarkable switch by the NY Post editorial board.  Jim
