No, it's a second amendment right affirmed by the supreme court. But that doesn't mean gun control laws and back ground checks and stoping the sale of guns in parking lots and the like can't happen.

I hate to breakup the love fest between Tony and Richard but how about keeping your eye on the ball and on that crisis on the border instead? The last time I checked, Fox News had that caravan many thousands more than anybody else, probably because nobody else could see 'em but them. They must be wearing cammo for crying out loud. Rich, since you're a bit removed from it all in Colorado, perhaps you could ask Tony to do you a favor and ask him to do some spotting for you? Perhaps a quick head count? Then you could work on your corral, if it's needed. Better yet, why not work on the wall and send your bill to Mexico?

Richard,  I actually voted for the Republican candidate for governor because of the perpetual increases on taxes for gas and other related concerns. I thought Gavin was going to be just another clone of moonbeam but he did put the kabash on the bullet rain nonsense from LA To Frisco which pleasantly surprised me. I'm disgusted with Brown's minions continually thinking up new ways to tax homeowners to pay for more and more social programs and or to fund union backed "improvement" projects. The Republicans suck, especially with Trump, but the Dems in this state are out of control...

The first deal that Trump reneged-on was much better than the one he signed as it had more funding and another ten miles of walling than he got from the second deal he just signed...

In Maher's case, the response of the audience is spontaneous and not contrived. For generations walls have been effective? Tell that to China with their "great wall". And they've been getting around and over and under 'em between the US and Mexico for generations. And where do the cartels move their dope? At border checkpoints and at airports and under ground in tunnels and not with migrants moving around borders and around the walls. 
Your great deal maker had his chances and he blew it. Where was he with his so-called crisis when he had his own party controlling congress for two years? He had a MUCH better bipartisan deal before that he agreed to and then reneged upon and then the last one which wasn't as good closed the govt down and now the one he does sign gives him even less and he agrees to that? Oh, it's time to roil out the crisis along with his bogus lie that we're "finishing the wall". Other than some previously planned repairs and modifications on the existing barriers, there hasn't been an inch of new wall anywhere despite what Trump claims. There's your liar in chief at work..'
