After all there was one whom he nominated to be a Federal Judge who was questioned by your Senator John Kennedy (one of my favorite guys) and when he quizzed her about what Article 5 of the Constitution covered, she said she couldn't recall.  

So then he asked her to give a synopsis of what Article 2 of the Constitution was concerning. 

Her response was to say "it isn't coming to mind".  

This is the level of brain power that the Biden Administration feels is qualified to be ruling over the masses and making value judgements for 330 Million Americans.  

They really are on a par with Mr. Magoo or Daffy Duck.

That woman was a former Asst District Atty if I am not mistaken.  

And these people are the boobs that decide the rules for the rest of us.
