Former FDIC Chair: "Stop Raising Rates Now

Admittedly I had less problems with it since far more of it was spent on things I agree with than with the current administration that does not mean I supported it, both sides spend like drunken sailors and both are dead wrong for doing so. At some point we have to bite the bullet and take the hard road to fixing it or we fail as a nation.

And yes, it really is that simple.....but the fix will be painful and more so later.

Hmm, anybody wonder what the answer is?...
Yep, they are using what is known as the "shotgun effect". IE stack the charges as deep as possible in the frantic hope that something, anything will stick. Anyone who didnt expect this is fooling themselves. LOL

Yep....innocent until PROVEN guilty is still a thing in the country I call home. Pretty tired of the "get trump" at all costs mentality prevalent both on the left and the and in the hater crowd.

That is the rule of law in this country. There is nothing Stalinist about that, and Trump is not a political enemy being imprisoned without due process. What Jim told you is exactly right. You are too blinded by partisan rage to see the extreme hyperbole you are engaging in. One might even say you are "butt-hurt."

Horse shit..... Its the phrase "it is up to Trump exonerate himself if he can" (being uttered by a lawyer at that) and the other by Pelosi claiming that the burden of proof is on Trump to prove his innocence that triggered Rich and it triggered me as well. It is not up to Trump to prove anything, only to defend himself and the mindset it takes to make such statements implying guilt where none has been proven is antithetical to the very foundation this country rests on.

Rich nor I said anything even remotely implying you cannot be indicted for a crime and you know it. Trump may well be guilty of something (most people are given the sheer volume of laws on the books) however the glaringly obvious political motivation on display with this whole thing is mind blowing.....

This is how our justice system works, and if a grand jury had found that Hillary Clinton committed campaign or business fraud and indicted her, you would be applauding the action.

Actually no....being indicted means very little. Conviction on the other hand means everything. People are charged with crimes all the time, without a conviction it means nothing. Feel free to talk to me about it once he is convicted for something. So far it is little more than blatant politically motivated fuckery.

Exactly.....which is why the language being used pisses me off.

It is ridiculous how the law-and-order party suddenly hates our justice system merely because it has come for Trump.

Your ability to assign crap to others in your head is amazing..... lol

All that should matter in this justice system is a conviction. Firing a scatter gun of charges at someone ie 30+ of them, at least some of which are not even legal charges is nothing more than political fuckery. I dont want it both ways. If he is tried and convicted of something then so be it.....

And therein lies the issue.....a biased and or corrupt prosecutor can present the GJ with whatever he likes whether it be provable or not. They can also use information taken out of context (and or misleading) and present it in a manner that doesnt hold water in the light of day. We already know this one is connected to Soros. So we agree that a prosecutor can get an indictment whether it will hold up or not if they really want one. I AM saying it is more likely than not that in this case the jury was manipulated.

Were I a betting man I would bet $100 to a plug nickel the goal here was to get indictments and HOPE they can make something will stick. Come on....30+ charges? Pretty obviously the shotgun method.
