What do I need to defend?  

I couldn't care less one way or another if they paid them off, went to trial, or said "we are guilty" or "we are not guilty". 

Apparently both sides decided that it was easier to make a settlement, albeit HUGE rather than go to trial.

Both parties decided they didn't want to take a chance in front of a jury.  

Its their business decision, FoxNews's decision and Dominion's decision..   

Doesn't put a dime in my pocket and for whatever reason FoxNews and Dominion both decided it was in their best interest to settle it.  

Is there anything else You care to say about it?  smile


I would say it is a bean counter decision......perhaps even for both sides. As usual that precludes any admission of guilt by either side. Cheaper to settle and move on.

The difference being they fired Lemon because nobody wanted to watch him and they fired Carlson because millions were watching him LOL 

I watched Tucker for a few months when he took over the O'Reily slot......got tired of his mannerisms and diatribe pretty quick though, it still wasnt as tiring and repetitive as Hannity though.....beyond a few clips I have not watched Carlson in a couple years or so.....

Personally I hope Disney learns a hard lesson much like the Bud Light debacle. Corporations responsible to shareholders should be apolitical. Those corporate entities that dabble in politics and/or social reform should get rude awakenings just like those two are getting.

Can you get a rating as a buyer

You should not have to do anything.....when you respond to an ad, the flag gets set for both you and the seller to give a rating (assuming the transaction is completed). If the seller has not given you a rating and you have given them a rating then send a gentle reminder via PM that you would like a rating from them is the next step.

Says the guy who evidently has not paid the least bit of attention to what I have had to say about Trump starting from when he announced he was running (the 1st time) to current.....but yes I did vote for him but it was a vote against Hillary and I was holding my nose at the time (and I stated so right here).

Admittedly I was able to stop holding my nose about 90 days into his term as I agreed with nearly everything he was doing and he was living up to his campaign promises (Most of them, more so than most Presidents I can recall).

That said, I would accept another 4 years of Trump given the alternatives on the left but he wouldnt be my 1st choice. I think too much water has flowed under that bridge as well as it would further divide the country and not in a good way.

Hell, President Bone spurs refused to even have anything to do with the WH Correspondents Dinner for fear someone might make fun of him, which is pretty funny.

I didnt, but that didnt stop you from hearing something that wasnt said. I have never liked Trump, he is a egotistical blowhard of the highest order who is his own worst enemy. That said, I dont have to like him to recognize his policies and actions he took were good for the country not withstanding the bullshit from the haters and leftists regarding J6. IF he wins the primary, he will get my vote same as he did when Hillary was running....and for the same reason. A GOP candidate will ALWAYS get my vote with rare exceptions regardless of who it is. I simply dont see anything coming from the left that is good for the country and have not for a long time. Biden? I cant think of anything worse for this nation than for him to serve another term......He belongs in prison.

The Genesis I assume?......regardless, normally the buyer would send you the funds by whatever method agreed upon, including shipping/insurance costs (it says buyer pays shipping on the Genesis auction). Once you have received the funds, you pack it up and ship it. UPS does have an online shipping calculator which you can use to get a real close estimate on shipping cost. Alternatively you can contact your local UPS store with size and weight of the parcel and they will tell you how much shipping will be.....I usually pay a little more for them to pack it so in the event of shipping damage (as I also request and pay for insurance) they cant claim it wasnt properly packaged.
