Messages both PM's and forum posts never stopped working from what I can tell. It simply gave the Whoops message when you sent/saved your posts but the messages were still saved and sent......personally verified this.

Edit: case in point I got the Whoops error when I saved this post....but it was still saved properly or I could not have edited it smile

Sent PM's and received replies in PM's this morning without issues or error messages......even when the error message was popping up it still worked then too for me.
