It doesn't change the overall point, which is that MAGA and Republicans are more than willing to ignore or make ample excuses for Trump's overreach, while condemning what they perceive as even the tiniest hint of overreach from a Democrat. As I said, the more interesting thing about all this is why you insist on going on these nitpicking benders that have no redeeming value and only make you look like a relentless, childish nitpicking ninny?
