Jim, you really need to better understand the differences and the false equivalency between the Trump investigation and Hillary's emails:

and:
"A key difference between the two":
"Bradley Moss, a Washington-based lawyer who works on national security cases, said the cases of Clinton and Trump are significantly different."
“Trump took properly marked hard copy classified documents from the White House, shipped them to Florida, and stored them in an unsecured location at his residence,” Moss said."
"The presence of classified information in Clinton’s emails was less obvious."
“The e-mails were never marked as classified because these were communications from unclassified government accounts,” Moss said.
"When classified information was clearly involved, Blanton said Clinton’s “briefings were on a different system, a classified Blackberry that was managed by State Department IT people.”"As for the personal emails that Clinton erased, the FBI said its investigation might have found some of them. Overall, the agency said it was reasonably confident that there was no intentional misconduct."

Hi Rod:
I am
not saying that there no legal differences between the two matters. I am saying that the differences are nuanced, and will not be of interest to many voters.
Look, I am sure you agree that Trump and his team will beat the
"HRC did it too, but poor old me is the only one being persecuted" drum until the end of time. My political gut tells me that this is going to be a persuasive argument for many because the nuanced differences between HRC's behavior and Trump's are going to be lost in the noise. This is why, as a matter of political messaging, Trump wins this issue unless they pin something dramatic on him. (I said "this issue" on purpose because you all have successfully reminded me that there will be more to Trump's future and any election outcome than just Mar-a-Lago.) Jim
