The principal is really simple....if no transaction took place then no one was harmed therefor giving someone a bad rating (or a good one for that matter) should not take place.

This whole scenario is not about getting a conviction.....while they would be deliriously happy to do so, the goal is to spread as much poison as possible to interfere with the chance of Trump winning while distracting from Biden's problems.

Yes, I think it's a legitimate case.

I don't understand the attacks on the department and saying it's abusive or it's weaponization for bringing this case.

There was very grave wrongdoing here, and I think it's reasonable to say that it falls within the obstruction of a proceeding. That's not weaponization. That's enforcement of the law.

Of course Barr's opinion is the last word in your eyes, even though his bias is well known.

Lets review part of what I said....

Now lets lay out the reason I said it..... 

June 7th - The FBI turned over documents to Congress alleging the biden's took a $10m bribe from Burisma

What happened on June 8th? Jack Smith indicts Trump in the Maralago documents case.

July 26th - Hunter went to court and rejected the sweet heart deal after it was revealed the DOJ tried to give him immunity from any and all future prosecutions.

What happened July 27? Jack Smith added another round of charges for the Maralago case.

July 31st - Hunter's former business partner testified that Biden was on over 20 call's with his son's business partners and that Burisma exec's pressured them to fire the prosecutor.

Aug 1st - Jack Smith indicts Trump yet again for Jan 6th.

Just coincidences? Right, nothing to see here LOL Now put your blinders back on and continue believing there is nothing going on behind the scenes to baffle the public with bullshit.
