Are There Actual Signed Trade Deals?

Posted By Jim Moscheck

I see you are becoming unhinged. Must not have any cabinets, speakers, or medical cart to make?

I hear Colorado Springs is a pretty good place to relocate hypocritical witless oafs.

Non-Citizen Voting: A Myth

Yes, but I'm bored with it. Obviously he has too much time on his hands after making the millions of dollars in sales of his medical carts, speaker designs, and "artistic" cabinets.

Well, I do have some world traveling coming up in December, but I'll just be flying over on my way to the west coast. Too bad Trump is moving Space Command, I'm sure that'll help the economy and cabinet makers in general in Colorado Springs. I'm sure they use lots of carts for medical equipment, too.

Obviously, unless we are mocking him no one here cares about his posts either.

Great line, "titles longer than one of Trumps ties".

Be prepared for more of the same deflections since he can't even provide any prove he has a ongoing cabinetry business, let alone a BME degree. LOL

He ignores us and we ignore him except to ridicule him. It's a win win.

And now for something completely different!

Great you saw part of the lunar eclipse Maurice, and great to hear your report of the Titan transit Rob. Combined with great seeing was good luck to have.

I've been sidelined all summer and don't think I'll be able to roll my dob out of my minivan for at least another month, maybe more. At least I'm now in a walking boot so I'm able to carry things. That seven weeks of no weight on my foot/ankle was very tough, especially with how hot it was in July here.

Epstein Estate Turns Over Birthday Drawing Apparently Signed by Trump

Posted By Jim Moscheck

"A pal is a wonderful thing. Happy Birthday- and way every day be another wonderful secret."

Pretty interesting since Trump has denied the card exists and is suing the WSJ for saying so.

I wonder what the "secret" is?

https://www.nytimes.com/live/2025/09/08/us/trump-news

"A key congressional committee on Monday obtained a note and sexually suggestive drawing apparently signed by Donald J. Trump and included in a book for the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein’s 50th birthday in 2003 — a drawing that Mr. Trump has insisted is fake.

Democrats on the House Oversight Committee said they had viewed the drawing — a figure of a naked woman with “Donald” written below her waist — and posted a photo of it on their official social media account. The drawing, in thick black ink, outlines text that quotes an imagined conversation between Mr. Trump and Mr. Epstein, with what appears to be Mr. Trump’s distinctive signature below the woman’s waist.

“The Oversight Committee has secured the infamous ‘Birthday Book’ that contains a note from President Trump that he has said does not exist,” Representative Robert Garcia of California, the top Democrat on the committee, said in a statement. “It’s time for the president to tell us the truth about what he knew and release all the Epstein files.”

The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment, but Taylor Budowich, the deputy chief of staff for communications, said in a social media post that the signature was not Mr. Trump’s.

Lawyers for Mr. Epstein’s estate provided a copy of the book, among other materials, in response to a subpoena that the Oversight Committee’s Republican chairman, Representative James R. Comer of Kentucky, issued last month, according to an aide.

Details of the drawing and poem were reported earlier by The Wall Street Journal in July. The president has vehemently denied writing the letter or drawing the figure, and has sued the Journal for defamation.

At the time, Mr. Trump wrote on social media, “The supposed letter they printed by President Trump to Epstein was a FAKE.”

Definitely off topic, but thought you guys may be interested in it.

My older sister just stopped by and made my day, month, year, and, well, she made me very happy. She brought over a scrapbook that my Mom put together of her brother Andy Seminick, whom I think I've mentioned before who played for the Phillies in the late 40's and 50's. His career was over before I was born and in my 68 years I had no idea this scrapbook existed. I can't believe Mom never showed it to me, but judging by how well preserved the newspaper clippings are not too many others have seen it either. There are lots of clipping from the 1950 team, known as the Whiz Kids, who were all in their twenties with Andy at 29 years old and the oldest was nicknamed Grandpa Whiz, They won the pennant in 1950 for the first time in 35 years and my uncle was a huge part of it. There are also ads Andy did for Camel cigarettes (along with a bunch of other players) and an ad for coffee featuring my Aunt Gussie and Andy, and a program from Andy Seminick Day at the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, FL when they renamed the ball field Andy Seminick Field for his contributions getting the athletic dept. started including starting the baseball program.

The scrapbook is rather old on the outside and the plastic holding the photos and newspaper clippings are deteriorating so I'm going to get a new one and redo it and will include the little bit of memorabilia that I've accumulated of the years, mostly from Andy when I was a kid, but every time I visited him in Florida he'd give me something new up until he died in 2004. I even somehow ended up with his spring training uniform from 2004, where he helped out the pitchers every spring when he was into his eighties, but he died the February of that year before spring training started. I have a signature bat and should have bought a signature catcher's mitt I found on Ebay a couple of years ago.

Think I'm also going to digitally scan everything and save it all to a thumb drive to be able to share it with the rest of the family. I'm retired and it'll give me something fun to do this winter while waiting for next season.
