While he waited, Trump reportedly wailed throughout a nearly empty West Wing over gas prices—which had surged to an average of $4.09—and the U.S.’s European allies, whom he has repeatedly raged at for not joining the surprise war he and Israel launched on Iran on Feb. 28."


He's a stable genius, but the military leaders didn't want the crazy old man to interfere with the operation.

After a a week or two of reflection Jim, this story is reassuring.   Trump was handled by competent, if unnamed “adults in the room.”  An extremely difficult rescue was planned and executed by extremely competent people.  Chalk up one for the “system”.

IMO, Beshear has the best shot and will likely win it if the progressive Democrats in the party don't screw it up...

I would be fine with Beshear. He's a whole lot smarter than the self proclaimed stable genius who has trouble stringing three sentences together without losing his train of thought. While I don't think a president should be handled I agree with Jim B. and sure glad he is. At least this time.

Now that he has reclassified marijuana to allow research maybe the stable genius was doing his own research. In his explanation for the Jesus meme he does fancy himself as a doctor, right? Either that or he should not stay up all night posting on social media.

Maybe those handlers mentioned yesterday should limit his screen time at night. I have to do that to my grandkids occasionally.
