Your 2 scenarios there are fine examples of what will happen when this goes into effect.  That and more.

I could live to be 200 years old and I'll never figure you out dude.  You apparently don't like high gas prices, so what do you do?  Vote in Democrats.

You don't like the idea of gov't employees ripping off the taxpayers like You and I so what do you do?  Vote in more Dems.

If you are concerned about gov't waste and spending to the hilt, why don't you support the wing of the Repub party that is trying to reign in spending?

They are few and far between but they are better than the Dems.

Which Dem candidate do you see who is going to cut spending?

There are none.

What do the Dems offer you that you love them so much?  cwy
Gotta another scenario for you and this one's real...

Yep, the contagion did spread, 1-2 of the shooter's Saudi buddies actually filmed the attack...

Ok, so now they're saying the Saudi who took the video did so co-incidentally. I guess that's the best-case scenario...

The FBI now "Presumes" the attack was one of terror. As we know from the impeachment hearings, a presumption doesn't count...

Darian, that would be a presumption on your part too. Maybe he was just venting. So what if he had extreme anti-American views. So do a lot of people in the middle east. And some of them have sensitive feelings with strong religious beliefs. That doesn't make them guilty of hate crimes. Maybe the shooter just went a little funny in the head and then he did what he did. If you look at the impeachment hearings wherein Sondland said there was a quid pro quo but it was pointed out by an observant Republican that the Ambassador merely presumed Trump and the three Amigos were all in on it together like they were thick as thieves or something. What would an Ambassador know about it, anyway? He was just presuming...

Darian, I was being a bit more sarcastic too. The idea that the FBI can't "presume" this wasn't a terrorist attack because of the lack of direct evidence(ie the bastard didn't scream aku akbar or allegiance to ISIS) but instead relied on his anti-American rantings and drawing a parallel with the impeachment hearings wherein the Ambassador presumes there's a quid pro quo rather than thinking Trump and the three Amigos were getting it together in the Ukraine for a few beers instead...

Ah, they just grounded all of the Saudi trainee pilots. How's that for being presumptuous? It's not as if a Saudi might fly a plane into a building or something.
Too bad for Trump they didn't ground Rudy and the three amigos but it's a little late for that...

How often has your favorite news network discussed this? I can't remember Saudi support of the dollar making the headlines.
It's all about the oil and nobody kisses Saudi ass more than Trump...

The Mossad helped Denmark arrest 20 terrorists intent on bombing airliners. They presumed it was going to happen if they didn't act:

Very presumptuous, indeed..
