What explains this Republican governor in Kentucky? I mean WTF:
He pardons a killer who pulled a Fargo and chopped up a woman and stuffed her into a barrel. Then he pardons a woman who threw her baby into a septic tank. After that, he pardons a a rapist who raped a 15 year old boy, and the perp wasn't even a priest! And the list goes on and on:

Interesting debate between the two although the points are mute when you've got senators like Lindsey Graham stating flat out:
'I'm not trying to pretend to be a fair juror here' even though it's his responsibility to do so. Likewise, you've got Moscow Mitch McConnell coordinating with the WH council on how to proceed to defend and acquit Trump.
