Proof?

I am only 44 years old, but one thing I have learned is that being educated and analytical can be much more dangerous than being ignorant. So many 'scientific' minds ask for proof of the existence of a God. Why should anything have to be proven? It firstly cannot be disproven, can it? To look into the vast unending universe that has no limits and not believe in God is incomprehensible to me. To believe that this 'universe' was produced from a 'big bang', out of what? Nothing? Much of science is nothing more than theory. So I find it silly that you would expect proof for something that is and has been answered countless times. There is a God, and faith is the answer!

I have a Canon G2, is this anygood for doing astro photos? I have an 11" SCT on a Losmandy G-11 mount, so I think I am OK on that end.

Lens cap linings?

I am looking for some foam tape/lining or other material to use on the inside edge of a lens covers. I have one lens cap that has lost its lining and no longer fits snug onto the OTA and another that is just too big and needs the lining to make it fit snug. I also need to line an ERF (energy rejection filter) for Hydrogen Alpha imaging of the sun and am wondering about the heat and the effects of the glue on the tape/foam lining.Any ideas?

TMB 100/800 and Daystar ATM h-alpha filter

I am trying to attach my TMB 100/800 to a Daystar ATM h-alpha filter. Anyone had any experience? The Daystar filter threads onto the rear cell of my SCT but the TMB has no threads on the focuser. Any help will be appreciated.

I am thinking of purchasing a 22 or 26 Nagler to replace a 27 Panoptic and would like some comments on the eyepieces. I don't think I can go wrong on either, but would like to hear some first hand reports.

TeleVue, Denkmeier I, or Denkmeier II

I am new to binoviewers. Have looked through a couple of binos and now know what I am going to do with my Christmas money. :>)
But I would like to hear a little more about the advantages and disadvantages of the TV, and Denk I & II. Is the Denk II really better that the Denk I.
I will be using them on an 11" Celestron SCT and a TMB 100/800 refractor. I own mostly 2' ep's, will I have to invest in 1 1/4" ep's or do bino's accept 2"?
Any comments will be helpful!
