What Do Amateurs Do For a Living?

Posted By Robert Buzanowski

I'm a vibration test engineer for a major automotive supplier. The way things are going in todays global economy, I'll probably soon be competing with others for a job at Walmart! I already have my cardboard signs ready, "Will work for telescope stuff!"

Paypal

I have the premier account. When I first started out with the personal account, it wouldn't let me accept credit cards without upgrading to premier. Also when you accept payment by credit card, Paypal charges a fee, about $3 of the payment. When you have a personal account, you can only transfer a total of $500 to your bank account a month, thus making you upgrade to premier for unlimited transfers to your bank. It's a racket either way you go. Thats why you'll see alot of ads telling you to ad 3% if using Paypal.

Read the guarantee. All it guarantees is that your name will appear in their book, and may not be recognized by the people who use it. Hey for $1, I'll put your loved ones name in my observing log, I guarantee it!

Meade Press Release - confirmation of bad news

Would not want to be one of the people to buy the last of the USA production runs. I'm sure the employees new it was coming and moral was at it's all time low, especially during rampdown! It's sad but probably to late to worry about it. I hope the Mexican and Chinese production workers can afford the scopes they produce, because there wont be many of us Americans working to afford them. cwy

What would you do

Posted By Robert Buzanowski

If have had to ship large scopes before and within a reasonable amount of time have shipped them (usually within 4 days). Yes I would start asking for a refund, and if you paid with Paypal, file for a refund. That usually gets the ball moving fast, because they freeze the money in his bank account.

Any Help

Request a refund from Paypal. Go to the resolution center and file a claim for goods not received. That usually seems to miraculously get them to communicate!!! Good luck!

Be care what you say about the next president. I think Billery will do just fine taking the country down the rest of the way. I really think our wonderful Governor Jennifer Granholm would be a great running mate! In five years, this country will be blown away!! We could create cool states to spur the economy like Granholm did for Michigan cities. One thing I can say is she blew 90,000 people out of the state last year!!!! :C
