Hi All,

I did some Lunar imaging last night also. I'm still lacking in my Lunar aquisition & processing skills, but I'm learning. This is the first time I used my new Edmund Optics R+IR filter and it works very well (Thanks Paolo).

Jupiter last night

Hi all,

I did some imaging last night of Saturn, Jupiter and the Moon. I was going to post some lunar images first, but after Mike Wirths' fine images I decided to show one of the Jupiter images instead. Mike's a tough act to follow.

Another Gassendi

Schiller Mosaic: Mar. 22, 2005

Hi all,

Here is a mosaic I did of Schiller. I tried a single image but one part would be clear while the other more blury. I tried the multiple alignment technique that others have tried and the image came out better. It's only my second attempt at a mosaic, so I may not have aligned all 4 pieces together correctly. Image was resized 120%.

Saturn last night

Hi all,

I imaged Saturn last night, and the seeing was fair. The Moon was almost full so I had to turn the gain up a little more. This is one of my better Saturn images. Hopefully more to come before this seasons over.

Jupiter & Io

Hi all,

I imaged Jupiter on the night of the 24/25th. I got this image of Jupiter with Io(I believe). It was the best of the lot.

Hi all,

Here's another image I took this past Monday. I used mutiple alignments on this and merged the pieces together with Imerge. The image was resized 120%.
That night was only my second attempt with the ToUcam at taking images of the Moon and I was happy with the results.

Jupiter: March 26, 2005

Hi all,

I imaged Jupiter this past Saturday. I took 11 avi's and this one turned out to be the best. I also caught Io in the frame and got the GRS too. I had fair seeing that night and this is one of my better Jupiter images. I had quite a few unprocessed avi's, but I'm almost caught up. The image was resized to 90%.
