Weiss Russell (he has changed his name from “Weiss Rasool,� the name under which he was convicted), is currently employed as a financial management analyst in the IRS Deputy Chief Financial Officer’s Office.

In 2008, Russell/Rasool was prosecuted for his role in tipping off Abdullah Alnoshan, a close associate of al-Qaeda cleric Anwar al-Awlaki and a friend of Russell’s from their mosque. According to the Justice Department’s Statement of Facts filed at the time of Russell’s indictment, Alnoshan provided license plate numbers to Russell for cars he believed were conducting surveillance on him. Russell then checked those plate numbers in the FBI’s NCIC database, which came back to a leasing company which federal prosecutors claimed would have tipped off Russell to the bureau’s surveillance.

Looking at a Meade Standard Field tripod that the owner says is only 30 1/2" high. That would bring the scope about 10 or 11 inches lower.

WOULD the Meade Standard Field tripod (with the Losmandy adapter) be adequate to handle the 65 pounds of the mount, plus about 40 pounds of SN10 with Moonlite focuser, ST80 guidescope, QHY-5 guide camera, Nikon D5100, Powermate, dew heaters, 32 pounds of counterweights, etc.?

When I got up today to see my auction, I see that my friend Jon King is high bidder at $1.00 and that no where does it say "Reserve Not Met". I then checked to see how many reserve auctions I have left and it says "2". I DESPERATELY need to relist this auction or I will be ruined if it goes for a #1 with a Pepsi price.

I need to cancel this auction without selling it for the actual dollar. What do I do? Awaiting council from the masters....
