Do you think Chuck Todd would be on board with any of them or do you think that they wouldn't spend any amount over at NBC News to make sure that ANY Repub woman doesn't get elected?  

How about Margaret Brennan who hosts Face the Nation every Sunday?  Do you think her staff over there isn't working night and day 24/7 to destroy Nicki Haley, while simultaneously Hoping beyond hope that Michelle Obama runs.  

But not to worry, because we in this nation have such wonderful news outlets that work to report on News rather than to push their Democrat candidates above all others.  

We sure do see this on the Sunday Shows and the PBS News hour.

I wouldn't do that because I don't know your wife and so I would not assume that she's anything but a very nice lady.

So when you come on here whining about my comments and engage in your self-pity party in an attempt to engender sympathy for yourself from others on the forum, I'd suggest that you remember that you've thrown stones at me and my family members whom you don't know.

You see, he did that all on his own, Jim M. did, making sure to try his best to insult both Me and Greg, making the joke personal against Me and Greg.  Nobody prompted him to take the thread in that direction, making it personal as Jim M. did. 

Did you tell him to do that? No, you didn't.  Did James Lacey prompt him to do that?  Not that I know of.  No, Jim M. decided to do that all on his own.  It was HIS decision to do that wasn't it, to make it personal, trying to insult both Me and Greg at the same time.  He's a big boy as far as I know.  He dresses himself every day and makes decisions all on his own doesn't he. 

YOU may not take offense to some piece of crap making insults towards my name "Richard", a name that my Uncle was named, whom I'm named after, a person I happen to be proud to be named after,  but I DO take offense each and every time that son of a bitch Jim M. takes my name and my Uncle's name, that name that my Parents proudly named me, and he personally denigrates My name, with his smartass remarks about My name.

My name may not mean anything to you, but I take any disparaging remark about Me, my name, or any of my family members personally.

Perhaps you should consider that before you jump half cocked getting involved somewhere you don't belong, and where you don't need to be involved.

I wouldn't take your first name "James", nor your Surname "Brown" and mock it or disparage it ever, just because it may not bother you, regardless of whether you would be willing to blow it off, and not take offense.

Most people are proud of their name.  It may be a name that THEY are proud of, and a name of a person THEY were named after.  

And Just because YOU personally don't understand why something that may be seem so inconsequential to you, it doesn't mean it NOT consequential and offensive to another person.

Well you said you didn't understand why I went out of my way to insult him?? 

Hopefully, that makes it crystal clear why I did that.  

BTW, if you still don't get it, go read the words of the great song that was made a big hit by a guy whose name is James Croce, who went by the name "Jim" Croce.  

The song is called I Got a Name.

Playing the race or woman card may not be something you or I find appealing but we are not the target audience.  If Haley is to get the nomination, and if she were to win, she is going to have to attract women voters, non-white voters, the youth, and other demographics that do not apply to you and me.  If she can subtly play the race and gender cards then more power to her.  This is Politics after all!  I think she needs to project:

1. Extreme confidence
2. Extreme competence on all issues
3. Toughness.

If she can do that while also letting those who care know that she is a woman of color, then I am thrilled.
