Happy days! My CFW-9 filter wheel is here!

Those wheel selections sound good. That is what we have, but alas, only one Ha filter. Are both of yours the same bandwidth? That might be something fun to compare sometime if they are not.

That one looks great. Huge amount of data there.

C14 CCD images

I'm glad to see someone else is using a larger SCT. (But do I see it is not sitting on the original fork?!) And you took these remotely! Sounds great that you can trust things to work as planned. Thanks for posting.

NGC281 in Ha

Looks like a good stretch to me. Lots of stars, uniform background, and the nebula goes way out. So how much time is here?

Eastern Veil - from Kanab, Utah

That shows up nicely against that dark sky. The colors look vaguely narrow band, but it is just "regular" RGB?

One last look please, M33

Posted By Charles Hakes

That looks really nice. The colors look correct and the sky looks black - you can see where the galaxy goes out really far.

There is a green thing near the edge about 10 o'clock from center. I haven't noticed that in other M33 images. Any ideas as to what that might be? Not the color I would expect from either emission or reflection nebulae.

Yet another M33

That one looks pretty good. You must have done well with the gradients, as I don't see anything jumping out at me.

M29 (with background emission)

Nice shot. Good question as to which is "in front". That looks like your Ha "blending" with L and R worked well, so I would be interested in more details of that. (Done in AstroArt or Photoshop? 50-50 mixes? Add? Average? etc...) Also again thanks for posting your "progress" links.

I think it looks good. And I always appreciate posting those processing tricks. That sounds complicated, by the way, but it also sounds like you must have tried many variations.
