Another article about the ridiculous rumor regarding getting results without being tested:

Maybe Greg's friends, along with Greg, will come forward with the proof...

I think the wild card here continues to be compliance. Based upon what we've seen so far, there's optimism about the vaccines being successful without significant adverse reactions. However, recent polling indicates a third to a half of those surveyed won't take the vaccination. So, herd immunity is problematic at best.
It's not the vaccine, it's the people...

A couple of things, Jim. First, I was addressing the acceptance of the anticipated vaccine by the public. If the polls are accurate, it's going to be far less than where it should be. Second, in general, compliance overall is best where it's mandated. And without the latter, it's up and down spikes for the foreseeable future.

This phenomenon makes them super-super-spreaders, and when they start to bring it home and spread it there and elsewhere, that's when the real fun begins. We are in no way ready to open schools safely. Some schools that tried to reopen are already seeing significant positive cases. Most schools can expect substantial outbreaks within one week of opening, according to the CDC. It's not needless distress or worry, and anyone with even a little imagination and who is paying attention to the reality of this virus can easily see this disaster coming.
Furthermore, we already have a vaccine and effective treatment for the flu but too many people won't get the vaccine and or will wait to get the treatment. So, if our nation's experience with the flu is any indication, it's only going to be much, much worse with Covid19...

They must be expecting a low turnout because of Covid as historically it usually draws around 500k, in 2019 there were 490k of us who attended and I personally have only missed 2 years of the last 24. Sturgis has been held every year since 1942....The 1st one was 1938 then it was canceled 3 years in a row because of gas rationing in support of the war effort and has had a steady run ever since 42.....

In 2015 there were almost 740k of us celebrating its 75th anniversary which was the largest collection of bikers ever in one place.
Then these attendees are obviously the hardcore Trumptoids, they're the ones who would go...
