Here is my shot of Clavius one day past yours. The optimum night was cloudy in my area. This image is a single frame, cropped and sharpened. Done with a Nikon 82ED spotting scope at 30X. Just did manage to get the sixth craterlet.

Rod, if you have not yet read Graham Hancock's "Fingerprints of the Gods", I think that "part 1" of this book will make you think. The entire book is filled with information that is very much in opposition to what we previously thought to be written in stone.
