For whatever reason, Herb has chosen not to delete accounts for foul language and over-the-top hostility anymore, and frankly I never liked seeing people who were my friends or opponents deleted.  I don't think much of the foul language and over-the-top hostility either, but apparently there is nothing anyone can do about that.
