Spend your money on a good APO or ED scope as you will most likely end up with one if you're are serious about photography. I was never satisfied with results from any achro. The UV fringing drove me up the wall.

Jess, you are obviously not an idiot as you can type. You are, however, not overly intelligent. I would think that you and your ilk would welcome a climate like that of 8,000 years ago when no crops could be raised on two thirds of what is now the United States. How's that for spin?

Unless there is an onset of another ice age, the status quo in weather patterns will include continued melting of ice formations in temperate latitudes, thus resulting in minor rises of global water levels. Any global cooling will reduce global food supplies. Take your pick----wade or starve.

What part of eleven consecutive years of stable global temperature do you geniuses not understand, Kaufman and Tauber. German heritage doth not guarantee intelligence does it? I spent a week on the eastern slopes of the Colorado Rockies the second week in September and have never seen better Aspen color.
