Texas has tried to reform it several times, but it's heavily entrenched, and the people in power have a vested interest in the status quo. Besides, all you have to know, to know that Gohmert is an obnoxious, entitled jerk is to observe his behavior.

I know several people that supposedly tested positive; they are not overly concerned. If I have a bandanna wrapped around my face and I'm infected, it prevents the virus from my breath from entering the lungs of someone 5' away from me who is not wearing a mask(if they are 6' there's no problem), but if I don't have a mask on and someone 5' from me does, the virus somehow enters through their mask to infect them?
