Democrat Chief Justice Roger Taney's Dred Scott decision occurred 2 years AFTER the end of the Civil War.  That was an abomination.  

The Democrat Plessy v. Ferguson Decision occurred 31 YEARS AFTER the Civil War and that held that states in the South could Segregate Blacks from Whites, and the Democrats in the South responded by doing just that.  Separate Drinking fountains, separate Bathrooms, Separate areas of restaurants, separate areas of towns and cities for blacks and whites..

The Democrat created Ku Klux Klan ran into the 1900s, and those Democrat scumbags were lynching blacks up until the 1960s.  That's 100 YEARS AFTER, meaning a Full Century (for the math impaired) after the end of the Civil War of Democrats killing blacks because of the color of their skin.

The Democrat Korematsu decision during the era of FDR which placed Japanese Americans into internment camps in this nation.  These were Japanese American Citizens who were interred against their will, removed from their homes and stuck in American Concentration Camps for years during WWII.  

The Democrat Party awarded a high ranking position in the Federal Congress, not a state Congress, but THE US Senate put Robert Byrd a Former GRAND KLEAGLE Of the KU KLUX KLAN into the position of United States Senate LEADER of YOUR Democrat party.  He was elected to Senate Majority LEADER of your Democrat party  in 1981.  That was 116 Years After the end of the Civil War.

Your Democrats in 1964, a full 119 YEARS AFTER the Civil War filibustered the 1964 Civil Rights act for a FULL 60 days, setting a record for longest time EVER of a filibuster.  They were THAT Determined NOT to pass it.
