If investors know the path Trump will take, there will be no chaos. I'm a real estate broker in Florida (23 years) and I have told all the people looking to sell to wait until Trump wins and thay will benefit from sudden increase in demand as investors anticipate stability in market growth. BTW I made the most sales during Trump years. This year I'm at 25% of sales from Trump years.

Florida is a big state. In all my years we have never had a direct hit (northeast) only tropical storm force which barely knocks the moss off the trees. My market is based on investors and retired folks, but you are going to lecture me on real-estate in Florida.

I'm glad there was such a spread in the results that there was no reason to drag out the outcome. I want to reassure those who voted for Kamala that you will not experience a negative impact on your lives as a result. You will benefit from reduced crime from his implementation of boarder policies. You will benefit from lower energy costs from his freeing up energy production. For those who killing babies was an issue, you will continue to be able to kill babies. You will not see his political enemies put in jail. You might even see a Hunter pardon from Trump. I'm confident Trump will end conflict overseas. He will make policy to embarrass Putin for invading Ukraine.

Allow me to clarify. In Florida I believe abortion and I refer to it as abortion is allowed for 1st 6 weeks of pregnancies. We had a ballot initiative that would allow abortion up to birth which failed to garner the 60% required for passage. If you don't believe an abortion at time of birth is not killing a baby then we will have to agree to disagree. Similar ballots did pass tough and that's why I made the claim. I'm not against abortion, in fact I find it ironic that the left thinks it's a great idea to eliminate their base this way.

i voted against it because the language said "parental notification" and not "permission". A doctor could leave a voicemail and have checked the box. My official stance on abortion is I'm grateful my mother didn't have one.
