I just reposted and updated an add that expired a couple of weeks ago. I noticed that this time it didn't come up highlighted in green as it usually does while my support is in effect. Is this a glitch in the program data base? My support doesn't end until 12/4/13.

Thanks for your feedback, Jim. Do you have the standard or deluxe optics? Just curious. Bill Burnett told me that the only difference was "bragging rights". If you take some photos through it, I'd sure like to see them.

Mounting a G-11 on a EM400 Tripod??

The G-11 on the SE-l tripod carried a lot of weight with no proplem. I actually liked it better than the Losmandy and it has a useful accessory tray. The EM-400 tripod would be even better. I just used the Losmandy/Meade MA adapter, ran a 1/2"x8" bolt through it and backed it underneath with a 6" dia. sanding disk and large washer that you can get at Lowe's or HD. Just cinch it down real tight and it won't move.
