Well, looks like the Kurds are getting what coming to them. What do you suppose Erdogan and Captain Bone Spurs agreed on that enabled Turkey do whatever the F they want?? Trump was played and now he has to double and triple down to justify it. Meanwhile the killing has begun and Trump and Mnuchin want to sanction Turkey. Really? Who benefitted from our withdrawal? Hmmmm, perhaps maybe Syria, and surely Russia, and even Iran. Also, I wouldn't feel too secure in Israel right now. Does it bother you guys that Trump did this without consulting any of his national security advisors or the sec. of defence and military? Are the Kurds just pawns that we don't care about anyway? Yeah, I'd say old Donny has taken foreign affairs back years with this one stupid move.

But hey, there are those two Trump towers in Istanbul. There is that.

Same as yours Rich. I was born in '57. Never needed to register for the draft. After college I did apply for a civilian position at the veterans hospital in Denver, can't remember the name of it. If the draft had still been going on and  my birthday drew a low number I'd have served. Even if I didn't want to serve my folks didn't have enough $$$$ for the bone spur gambit to work.

So, if I never served in the military my opinion isn't valid? Then I guess then yours isn't either?

Hi Jim. I may be wrong but usually the frontrunner at this point isn't who will end up with the nomination. What the Democrat's need is a "democrat light" candidate like Amy Klobuchar, someone from the midwest who can win back Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania. Saw her on Bill Maher's show Saturday night and was impressed.

Taylor’s 15 page statement is damning, not to mention he testified for 10 hours? He must be deep state: West Point grad, 101st Airborne in Vietnam, then at the Energy Dept, then a Senate aide. Then at NATO, State Dept here and abroad in Afghanistan, Iraq, Jerusalem, and Ukraine.
