Why i Hope Hillary's Lead Increases

Posted By Greg Shaffer

I know this sounds a bit like a 3 bank pool-shot but this has been occurring to me more and more:

A friend published a piece stating Trump is better than Hilz if you compare platforms of GOP to DNC. Trump is a Democrat in GOP clothing and will not be bound at all by the platform. Hell, he's never been bound by ANYTHING. He is every bit as liberal as her (and far more in some areas) at his core.

I believe GOP voters will be so alarmed with an imminent Hillary win that they will show up in force to the polls and keep the Senate majority (which there is evidence of today) and the historic House majority.

If the GOP keeps both houses of congress, then Hillary will be a lame-duck President from the time she takes office, or at least that is the hope. Trump would actually have a better chance of pushing through more liberal policies than she would ironically.

This is by no means a good scenario, but it seems better than a Trump Presidency, at least if you care about the conservative movement.

Sounds like a pantload to me....

Trump On The Fed

He goes after Yellen now that he's done praising her:

Hmm, which Donald's dump to believe?...

When it comes to the Fed I don't believe politics enters into it....The World Banks are beyond politics except when it is to their advantage to use them for control.....

Which is by far one of the most ridiculous scenario's I have ever seen in politics. In my estimation it just confirms there are indeed folks behind the curtains the general public has no inkling of.....

I am no Longer a Registered Republican

Russ Carroll said:

I had been since 1982. I am still very much a conservative, but the man carrying the banner of my former party is not. Fellow expatriate George Will says it this way:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/trumps-rise-reflects-american-conservatisms-decay/2016/09/28/e9244732-84cf-11e6-a3ef-f35afb41797f_story.html?utm_term=.8dbece9c115a

"The ease with which Trump has erased Republican conservatism matches the speed with which Republican leaders have normalized him. For the formerly conservative party, the Founders’ principles, although platitudes in the party’s catechism, have become, as former senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan said, “a kind of civic religion, avowed but not constraining.

The beginning of conservative wisdom is recognition that there is an end to everything: Nothing lasts. If Trump wins, the GOP ends as a vehicle for conservatism. And a political idea without a political party is an orphan in an indifferent world."

Giving up your RINOhood I see lol

And yet....I could care less if he hit on someone years ago.... I have hit on a couple of women a lot more recently than that smile

Honestly if what I heard in that clip is considered something to drop the mic over we have far different perceptions of reality lol

Contrary to asinine opinions candidates and even presidents are people too.....and NO ONE is perfect lol

Goto vs. Pushto

Posted By Greg Shaffer

Jerry Jones said:

Kind of narrowed my purchase to a Dob. Would like some input of a GoTo vs. a PushTo. I know both can be used manually but my primary use would be showing stuff to others either at my house or a local Club Star Party. My main concern is that with a Pushto or a Manual Dob. that higher powers looking at Lunar or Planetary stuff the need to constantly realign and recenter the object.

How quickly would these objects track out of the field of view.

My own preference is push to primarily because I can push to faster than goto. That being said tracking is important also particularly at higher powers. Thus I find my preference is push to combined with a tracking platform.

Comey wouldn't do this without good cause. He said he was missing intent. Could he find it this time?

Damnest election cycle in my lifetime no doubt LOL...... Hard to imagine there not being something truly significant about what was found regarding the revisting of Hillary's email scandal by the FBI. Not when its only 11 days left. What a damned rollercoaster ride this has turned out to be.

I am actually embarrassed for our nation and sadly its not a one sided embarrassment......both parties and both candidates have contributed to this.

This election cycle is an embarrassment on the world stage....... Basically the eagle has lost half its feathers, one eye, broke a wing and has a bum leg. Both parties and both candidates share the blame and guess what? We the people are responsible for it.

ROFL!!! The same Harry Reid who made money on the Uranium deal in trying to force the Bundy's to sell out so they could gain those mineral rights to sell to Russia? Yes that is sooooo credible LOL
