Frankly, I've read some examples of her tortuous "thinking" in her legal opinions. Her minority opinion that convicted felons should have the right to bear arms because they weren't violent at the time and the crime they were convicted for was a real doozy. I hoped the issue of recusal on timely issues would have garnered more scrutiny than it did. Her adamant criticism of Roberts on the affordable care issue could have been answered by her as a yes or no for a decision on her part for recusal when it comes to hearing the case. Ditto for Roe versus Wade, along with Clarence...
