"Originalist" Judges Decide Minnesota Voters Rights

The scenario: Two Republican electors go to the two Trump appointed Federal judges on their appellate court in order to block(what else is new)the voters from having their mailed-in ballots count if they arrive after the post marked date on the ballot even though they were mailed in on time. The two "originalist" judges approve the ban because "the constitution does not provide a pandemic exception." The third judge dissents to no avail.
There you have it, yup there's no pandemic exception in the constitution. Nevermind they didn't even know what a pandemic is when they wrote the constitution. How about pre-flight federal regulations requiring pre-flight inspections before you board your next flight. They're not in the constitution either. Better ban those, too...

In your bizzaro world logic, they shouldn't be testing so they won't find new cases, but, obviously the contagion is spreading prodigiously thru the local Trumptoid population who are becoming ill and then go in for testing after the fact. Just like in Florida:

Well, we just broke the daily average of around 90,000 infected Trumptoids per day with a gut busting 100,000+ cases today.

But there's good news! Donald Trump Jr said yesterday on the Laura Ingraham show that the deaths are almost nothing! Yup, only 229,500 now with 400,000 projected dead by February! There's plenty more Trumptoids where they came from!

It's a strong possibility that on Tuesday, Trump is ahead in exit-polling and projections. However, as early-voting and mail-in voting starts getting counted, it will most likely flip the other way. Texas Republicans just had their challenge to throw out drive thru votes thrown out of the Texas supreme court. They're back at it on Monday in federal court...
