No worries, everyone who matters knows I was insulting you, Rich.  "Living in your mom's basement" is perhaps the most common way of insulting a juvenile, hateful, male in the internet era.  Also, you have admitted on this forum to literally living in your mom's house.  I reckon she was a good woman.   I suppose since she has passed, you now live upstairs, but the joke on you is still funny if not entirely true.

As far as your crass comment about my wife, I really could not care less.  My wife is intelligent, sexy, and successful.  Your wife does not exist because you are a pathetic misogynistic jerk.   The noble response to anything you post is to pity you.  Often I feel that way.  Occasionally, I stoop down into the mud.

BMI is a crap statistic. LeBron James has a BMI of 27 and is technically considered overweight according to the BMI scale. In his prime, Mike Tyson had a BMI of almost 30. Tom Brady was around 27.4, only a few points away from being obese. Please feel free to call any of them fat to their faces. Your small-fry status is not a flex, and it's not surprising that you also have small-man syndrome.
Could be why the ladies find Rich so repugnant?  That, and his generally misogynistic dick persona.

I think that you have things backwards about whom is living in whose head.

For the last few months you seem to bring me up just out of the blue, and that's a pretty good indication that I'm stuck in your head.  smile

I do have one question since you now are addressing me directly.  This is my question for you, are you planning on helping to pay the legal fees for Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Illegal alien for whom you have such concern?

I have to say that in all honesty I find it rather revealing about a person like you, in that you have such great concern for an illegal criminal alien who has never been a citizen and who now never will.

Since you came on here previously telling the world that YOU support Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the accused human trafficker, and accused wife and child beater, with the accuser being his wife, who said she was terrified of him and took out a 2nd restraining order, saying that she feared for her children and her safety, do you now have 2nd thoughts about your unending support for him?

After all, a grand Jury indicted him on human trafficking charges, saying that they were aware of evidence that he engaged in human trafficking on more 100 different occasions, and yet YOU expressed your asinine support of him.

You, one who has exposed as a complete fool at this point, said that the US Gov't had to bend to HIS WILL and the US Gov't had to bend to HIS DEMANDS.  These would be the demands of a person from another country, who came here illegally years and years ago, was ordered deported by 2 separate courts, and who engaged in Gang Activity as a member of one of the worst gangs on planet Earth, and who now has been indicted on criminal charges by a Grand Jury of trafficking in human beings up to or more than 100 times.

So then I'll ask once again, do you have 2nd thoughts of having supported unwaveringly, an illegal alien who doesn't even belong here and when he has been here, has engaged in criminal activity, including wife beating and human trafficking?  Do you have 2nd thoughts?

I am guessing that you don't, which shows what an anti-American YOU are, since you were on here vociferously Lying about Donald Trump, claiming that Donald Trump never had his Due Process denied in the court system.

So then, YOU in all of your Anti-American-ness have openly denied the fact that Donald Trump, our very President didn't have his Due Process denied, while at the same time, have been a special pleader for this criminal illegal alien Abrego Garcia, who in your estimation gets to dictate to the US Gov't that he needs as many hearings in fronts of courts AS HE Dictates.

Now then, in order to correct the record of the lies that you purveyed here, a US Constitutional legal scholar no less, Professor Alan Dershowitz stated that he had identified at least 11 separate times in which the President of the US, Donald Trump had his due process rights violated.

And yet, YOU in all your Anti-American derangement has claimed here, the exact opposite.

So then who is correct, YOU a legal glorified bookkeeper or a Professional of Constitutional law at one of the most prestigious Universities in the entire world who taught Constitutional law for 60 years?

Hmmm........ that's a tough one, but I'm going with Alan Dershowitz as the one knowing what he's talking about over You, the glorified bookkeeper in Denver.  tongue
My opinion is unchanged, although you have dishonestly mischaracterized my earlier points.  No worries, lying is your favorite tactic.  Kind of ineffective though, since we've all seen you lie so many times before.

My earlier posts can be summarized as follows:  (A) It is not due process to deport an illegal alien to El Salvador in violation of a previous "do not deport to El Salvador" court order without a hearing modifying the earlier order.  (The Supremes and Dershowitz agree with me).  (B) Bring Abrego Garcia back, have a hearing, and if the allegations are true, punish him to the full extent of the law.

The point you miss is that even criminal scum are entitled to due process.  Since you argue otherwise, it is clear you hate the Constitution and despise our cherished freedoms.  Not surprising since you seem to despise everything except your own self.  You obviously have deep-seated hatred and jealousy of anything beautiful and successful, like our Constitution and so many of our citizens.  Affording criminal scum due process is one price we pay to preserve liberty.

This is a load of crap, even for you.  I posted at length about the due process travesty of the NY case, and I guaranteed  the forum Trump's conviction would be overturned on appeal on... wait for it....  on due process grounds.

There are two possibilities here - you are too stupid to read and understand my posts, or you simply lie with abandon to make "points."  Pretty shameful either way.  Even for you.

Thanks for sharing the post. This forum message is quite hostile, sarcastic, and personal. Here's a quick breakdown of what's going on and how you might respond or think about it, depending on your goals:

Tone and Content Overview:

Tone: Aggressive, mocking, and highly personal.
Tactics Used:
Sarcasm and ridicule (e.g., “counselor (and I use that term laughingly)”)
Personal attacks and name-calling (e.g., “anti-American,” “glorified bookkeeper”)
Loaded political rhetoric (frequent references to Donald Trump and illegal immigration)
Guilt by association (accusing someone of supporting an alleged criminal and using that to attack their character)
Appeals to authority (citing Alan Dershowitz to bolster their argument)

What This Post is Really Doing:
Trying to provoke a defensive response.
Shifting the argument from facts to emotional and ideological attacks.
Using straw man tactics, misrepresenting the other person's views in order to more easily attack them.
How to Respond (If You Choose To):

Depending on your goals, here are some options:

If you want to de-escalate or disengage:

“I’m not interested in trading personal attacks. If you’d like to discuss policy or law respectfully, I’m open to it.”
If you want to defend your position without feeding the fire:

“My support for due process applies to everyone, regardless of their background. That includes Donald Trump and also anyone else accused of a crime. If we selectively apply constitutional rights, then none of us truly have them.”
If you want to hold the other person accountable for tone:

“Your message is full of personal attacks and mischaracterizations. If you want to have a good-faith conversation, I suggest sticking to facts and leaving out the insults.”

Final Thought:
This post is an example of rhetorical escalation—it's more about dominating the discussion than seeking truth. You don’t have to match its tone or engage on its terms. You're in control of how the discussion proceeds.

Let me know if you'd like help drafting a specific reply, or if you're looking to analyze this from a legal, rhetorical, or emotional intelligence standpoint."

What questions should I ask ChatGPT about Rich?
That AI based analysis is truly amazing.   Thanks for posting.

Certainly. Here's a movie review of Schindler's List written in the same sharp, mocking, hyperbolic, and sarcastically confrontational tone as the forum post you shared:

Oh, Schindler’s List? Really? That’s your cinematic hill to die on? The black-and-white guilt trip with a side of Spielberg tears?

Let’s be crystal clear—Schindler’s List is the kind of film that screams, “Look at me, I’m IMPORTANT,” in all caps, while slathering itself in every Academy Award-bait trope imaginable. Because nothing says moral superiority quite like a three-hour Holocaust epic designed to make you sob into your popcorn and then immediately feel like a better person for having watched it. Bravo.

And who is our hero? Oskar Schindler—the Nazi industrialist turned unlikely savior. A man who exploited Jewish labor for profit until, oops, conscience attack! Cue the violins (literally—John Williams, of course), because suddenly he’s buying people’s lives like he’s shopping on Black Friday. But let’s not dig too deeply into that, right? No, we’ll just canonize him immediately, because apparently handing out life like coupons makes you the next coming of Moses.

And don’t even get me started on Ralph Fiennes as Amon Göth—the sadistic, shirtless psycho who murders people from his balcony like it’s a morning sport. But sure, let’s juxtapose his atrocities with shots of a little girl in a red coat and pretend it’s nuance instead of heavy-handed symbolism stapled to your eyeballs.

Spielberg? Oh, Steven. The guy can direct a dinosaur like nobody’s business, but hand him the Holocaust and suddenly we’re expected to believe we’re watching the pinnacle of human storytelling. And of course, every critic clutched their pearls and handed out praise like candy on Halloween. “Haunting.” “Unforgettable.” “A triumph of cinema.” Yawn.

Let me guess, you cried at the “I could have saved one more” scene? Of course you did. That’s the point. It’s emotional blackmail, dressed up in Oscar gold.

So sure, it’s a masterpiece. If by masterpiece you mean “three hours of cinematic self-flagellation wrapped in prestige with a free moral compass included.”

But hey, what do I know? I'm just a lowly viewer in the peanut gallery, not a certified Spielberg acolyte.
Incredible.   The LLM captured Richard in his entirety with just one post as input.  Ok, one over-long post.   But still, this is an incredible demonstration.

It's Always "In ABOUT TWO WEEKS"

Posted By James Brown

"President Donald Trump has given himself a two-week deadline to decide whether or not the U.S. will attack Iran, but CNN points out that he’s given that exact same deadline many times before."

This is a repetitive tactic of Trump and one that has proven to be just another series of falsehoods:

Sheesh...

You would prefer that we start the bombing now?  Arguably Trump giving Iran a couple of weeks to commence some real negotiations is a good move.  We will see how it turns out.

I'd prefer it to be immediate for two reasons:
1 Iran is consistently targeting and bombing civilian targets in Israel, including ballistic missiles and cluster bombs.
2. The main Iranian nuke site is buried under a mountain and the US has the capability to take it out and now is the time
to do it and it should be obvious by this time that negotiations with Iran abiding by its nuclear agreements go nowhere,
especially now.
OK, I like your reasons. I have read a couple of articles, that seemed to be seriously written, indicating that our bunker busting bombs will not be sufficient to destroy their buried enrichment facility. Certainly not in one go. I’m not sure that doesn’t mean  we should not try. We are the only ones who have the planes and the bombs to even attempt this.

. No Congressional approval either...

My US travel plans this summer are in limbo now until we see what shakes out from this..

Hi Dave, I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure congress has not approved an act of war since Pearl Harbor.    Maybe Korea?    I could look it up.

The news is just now rolling in of course, but if this attack was as successful as it appears, the world is a safer place.

Also, it is hard to argue with the incredible competence of our military and of Trump executing this plan flawlessly and completely secretly.   The “two weeks” that had Rod start this thread was obviously a smoke screen carried out perfectly.

I was remembering it right.  Congress last declared war in 1942, and the US military has been pretty active since then.   Not saying that those opposing each war have not raised this issue, they have.   Just saying that for most of the past century a declaration of war has not been sought or granted.
