Federal Appeals Court: Trump Claims "Have No Merit"

I think Trump might have had better luck hiring Jim Brown's legal team in Colorado to represent him. Of course it would have to be pro bono because Trump would never pay him anyway but I suspect Jim's legal eagles might find some kind of an issue on the patents on those voting machines thereby casting doubt on their trustworthy operation and providing impetus for a hearing by SCOTUS. Once there, Jim could personally argue the cases(s) and nare I say, find a sympathetic ear from the likes of Clarence Thomas, Samuel  Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Amy C Barrett and of course, Squiggy. I'd guess his argument might be along the lines that since the fundamental process of establishing the patents of the machines in question was flawed, it comes down to a matter of faith in their veracity to be uncompromised in actual implementation of operation. Thus, as a faith based entity, said machines are inherently unreliable as an objective modality required to establish the will of the people...

Federal Appeals Court: Trump Claims "Have No Merit"

"The Campaign never alleges that any ballot was fraudulent or cast by an illegal voter," wrote Judge Stephanos Bibas, a Trump appointee, for the panel. "It never alleges that any defendant treated the Trump campaign or its votes worse than it treated the Biden campaign or its votes. Calling something discrimination does not make it so. The Second Amended Complaint still suffers from these core defects, so granting leave to amend would have been futile."

What makes Fauci qualified?  That man is an absolute idiot who is a fixture as a bureaucrat and has been provably wrong on virtually everything he's ever said for the last 9 months.

He should have been gone about a week after he started. The man is a complete fool.
"The Stanford Faculty Senate on Thursday condemned the COVID-19-related actions of Scott Atlas, a Hoover Institution senior fellow serving as a special assistant to President Donald Trump for coronavirus issues." "A resolution, introduced by members of the Faculty Senate Steering Committee and approved by 85 percent of the senate membership, specified six actions that Atlas has taken that “promote a view of COVID-19 that contradicts medical science.”
"Among the actions cited are: discouraging the use of masks and other protective measures, misrepresenting knowledge and opinion regarding the management of pandemics, endangering citizens and public officials, showing disdain for established medical knowledge and damaging Stanford’s reputation and academic standing. The resolution states that Atlas’ behavior is “anathema to our community, our values and our belief that we should use knowledge for good.”

"Dr. Anthony Fauci is head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and a member of the Coronavirus Task Force formed by President Trump in late January."
"His extensive background in treating infectious diseases led to him being appointed to the task force, which is charged with leading the U.S. government's response to the novel 2019 coronavirus -- also known as COVID-19 -- and keeping Trump aware of new developments."
"His credibility within the medical community has prompted U.S. senators to request that he become the face of the federal government's response to the coronavirus, The Hill reported March 10."
“That was suggested because he has credibility,” one senator said, according to the news outlet. “He speaks with authority. He has respect in the medical community. That’s what the suggestion was because this is a medical thing. It’s not a political crisis — though we can make one out of it.”

Hell, when I was doing nursing, I had a stethoscope on and I listened to more hearts and lungs than Fauci probably has listened to in that time.

He's a bureaucrat but apparently you and the rest of the left are willing to ignore all of his screw ups, and his lies because he's a lefty and he's a bureaucrat, which seems to be all you need to know to support all his incorrect predictions and his incorrect warnings and his incorrect suggestions.

Oh, so then when Fauci "Didn't know anything about it" back in February, you give him a pass.

However, when he was giving advice to Donald Trump, who on many occasions took the advice and reported what Fauci told him, you held Donald Trump responsible for what he said, providing the advice of Fauci, and called out Donald Trump as the CAUSE of all the deaths from Coronavirus.

Funny how that works with you.

A guy who is supposed to know what he's talking about since he's the so called "expert" according to you, gets a pass FROM you, but Donald Trump is held to strict account BY you, for providing faulty advice.

I think I see through you Jim.

Fauci told us that it was a mistake to cancel flights from China.  Donald Trump did it, which obviously to anyone with an IQ more than single digits, HELPED to curb the spread of the virus at that time.

Fauci told us masks weren't necessary. Then he came back and claimed he lied to make sure that Hospital workers wouldn't be shorted on masks.

You're OK with that lie right?

And according to those like you, the most important thing is to wear a mask to stop the spread, so when Fauci told us NOT to wear masks at the beginning in February, that probably caused the spread to increase.

After all, if mask wearing is the most important thing, then Fauci NECESSARILY helped to spread it.

Of course you don't hold him responsible the way you hold Trump responsible, correct.

Now Trump said all along we needed to keep the schools open, because it would be detrimental to children.  Fauci said "close the schools".

Now he's changed his tune, and so he AGREES with Donald Trump who had it correct all along.

So then who gets the blame by you?  Why Donald Trump of course.  He was Endangering Kids.

So basically what it boils down to with you is that whatever Donald Trump says to do, you disagree with, and everything this Bureaucrat Fauci tells you to think, you revere as coming from God himself.

Got it!  wink

Wow, you're a real thinker there aren't you Jim?
Fauci made his recommendation on face masks at that time based upon the fact that there wasn't enough PPE for hospital personnel and that why
the mask priority was assigned to them first. Geez Rich, stop reading your crackpot wingnut websites...

"Trump campaign lawyer says former cybersecurity chief should be 'shot'
"Joe DiGenova made the comments about Chris Krebs, who was fired by President Donald Trump after declaring the 2020 elections as secure."
"nearly two weeks ago after the former director of the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency attested that the 2020 elections were among the safest in history. The president, whose personnel decisions have a record of being weighted by his perception of loyalty, fired Krebs by tweet,"
