Astromart is turbocharged! Everything loads so fast! Photos load like they were just a thousand bytes!

Well done AstroMart team. (clapping)

I plan/intend to get the 36-inch operational in the observatory by this coming solstice. Got the mirror coated with enhanced aluminum last spring at Evaporated Metal Films (EMF) in Ithaca, NY. I went out to the storage shed to check on it, still looks great. Just added a couple gun safe heaters (16 W total), two GIANT indictor silica gel desiccators, a viewing window, and a thermometer. Will have similar protection at the telescope (in the dome) as well. Determined to get 1st light early this season!

The pics are self-explanatory. Protecting the glass and coating are paramount. Tom Dey

Hello,

I have the following ad available by direct link

http://www.astromart.com/classifieds/details.asp?classified_id=936094

Ive set it to show in the Reflectors section, but it doesn't seem to be showing up when I visit that classified section.

Whats going on? Operator error or what?

Thanks
Matt

Our new education Czar, one of Trump's picks for the "best people out there", just got confirmed.
Never mind her family paid 8.3 to GOP super PACS.
Never mind she wanted to arm schools to fend off grizzly bears.(Got any grizzlies in your state?)
Never mind that for the first time a vice president had to make a tie breaker vote for a cabinet appointee because some Republicans joined the democrats in opposing her.
What should you mind? She's another plagiarizing dork!

Before you read it, consider:
1. Is she pulling back from an alternate universe?
2. Is Fox News sympathetic to her?
3. Is Fox News, news?
4. Is she feigning remorse?(about Bowling Green?)
5. Is she a bit overdone on her make-up?
See for yourself:

It would be nice if the Classified list view listed the asking price. That way you wouldn't have to click on an add to see if it was a good deal or not. And yes the pics suck ;-)

I'm a subscriber to ad digests. Normally, I probably get more than 10 a day. But I've had zero in the past 24-hours.

I looked in my gmail spam folder, and did a global search (in case they were filtered to the wrong folder).

Is anyone else having this problem?

Joe

I have been away from the 'hobby' a while (several years), and I am trying to get back into backyard astronomy - and I just noticed that, here on Astromart, there have been very few reviews of new equipment posted in recent years.

I am curious why.

btw, this has always been one of my favorite astro sites.
