That's simply because the case exists as filed by the AG of Texas. It does not mean it will be heard.

"Texas announced on Tuesday that it would be filing a lawsuit in the Supreme Court against four battleground states in an effort to halt presidential electors from finalizing President-elect Joe Biden's victory."
"Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) alleges that the new voting processes in the battleground states skewed the presidential election results and asked the Supreme Court to delay Monday's deadline for the Electoral College to make Biden's victory official."

The court gets about 10,000 formal requests for a hearing every year and grants 65 or so of them. The problem for Ms Ellis is that she forgot to file the formal request and the deadline to do so has passed. That's why Trump's team is now known as the legal team that couldn't sue straight...

Steven, why don't you actually respond to the the posts in the forum instead of posting your nonsensical images?
For this particular thread, the point is other countries have started vaccinating much sooner than the US, so the Trump mantra of taking credit for "warp speed" is hype. 
And we're talking about getting the vaccine to the population at large and not a tiny segment of it. So who gets it first in the USA? It's up to each of the fifty states to decide so there's fifty different ways that could happen. There's no federal mandate. That's what I mean by a cluster----.
