Since you obviously didn't read the article or watch the video (what a shocker that is), I'll just clue you in on what she stated.  

She indicated that she was concerned that those who were most vulnerable wouldn't be the ones getting the vaccine first, so she had decided not to take the vaccine until those people were serviced.  

Simple as that.
