The unused ratings are for you to rate a person you completed a transaction with. The ratings in a listing are those received. Looking at your profile you have received 5 ratings and those will show in any ads you place. You have given out 2 ratings and those will only show up in your profile.

Go into Reviews&rticles at the top of the page and then look toward the upper left-hand side. Click on the Submit Review or Article tab and read the terms.

I lived in the Houston-Galveston area for 40 years and Shell has a refinery nearby in Deer Park. Their service stations were always 0.10 to 0.20 per gallon higher than all the others. Needless to say, never have purchased their products and will continue the practice until the zombie apocalypse gets me.
