Well that's easy: "the House approved a single article of impeachment, charging him with "incitement of insurrection" over the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol."

Here's how "innocent" Trump is: "New details about Trump-McCarthy shouting match show Trump refused to call off the rioters"

To hear Trump's lawyer tell it, the insurrection on January 6 never happened and if it did, it was due to antifa.
And Trump's going to be president again on March 4, too...

“He didn’t get away with anything yet,” McConnell said.”

Seven Republicans joined all 50 Democrats on that vote, creating a clear majority against Trump and a bipartisan denunciation of his actions in helping spark the violent attack on the Capitol by his supporters.

Trump should be criminally charged for inciting a riot and the insurrection. I hope the Biden administration doesn't back off...

WTF? Plenty of the rioters in the mob were armed and others brought bombs. The votes were being duly authorized as provided by the constitution on the date on which it is to take place.

Oh, and maybe you ought to tell McConnell how Trump's lawyers ripped the left's case to shred, too. How about that assist from the three GOP senatorial "impartial jurors" who met with Trump's lawyers, don't they get credit, too?...
