Wouldn't you still need to use the filters to make sure you're actually only capturing red, green and blue for each respective layer?

C9.25 fine focus issues

I have seen people who have made dual speed focus knobs for their SCT's using commercially available vernier reduction drives and a little machining handiwork. Good luck finding the reduction drive, though! My guess is that if someone has made it for themselves, then it's commercially available. Unfortunately I have not seen any such product for sale.

I think the add on SCT focuser would be best though. Maybe try to find one used.

Try some auto scrub and some car wax afterwards. I have a very light abbrasive liquid that I use on my car's finish, but I use it on a whole host of other things too from swirlmarked lacquered furniture, to scuffed glass. Works wonders without affecting the surrounded areas too much or removing the finish.

It's just a matter of principle for the protection of the buyer and seller. Describe your wares as accurately as possible to the last detail, even if it may be insignificant. That way everyone is totally satisfied with a transaction and knows exactly what is being exchanged.

Color can become quite apparent in most achromats at high magnifications and on bright objects and is more a problem in achromats with short focal lengths. An achromat with a very long focal length won't show color, or at least very little.

I doubt that the Stellarvue will show objectionable amounts of color even when used for planetary viewing.
