California Leftist Democrat politicians went into court dozens of times before the 2020 election to get voting laws changed.  They did the same across the nation, about 300 different times, to get judges favorable to their political pos'n to change voter laws everywhere.

I have no idea what California can do as a state, however Nationally, the Constitution dictates who controls the voting laws state by state and the US Constitution leaves it up to the state legislatures, NOT the courts to make the voting laws.  According to the US Constitution, voting is to occur on one day, the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November.  

Today the Leftist Democrats have bastardized that article of the Constitution and changed it at their whim to give them all kinds of advantages.  

White Supremacist Leftist Democrats lie and say that going by the laws is somehow racist, which is their normal mantra to project their own racism on others.
