Like your filter that precludes you from reading this in Scientific American? I wonder if your doctor is a member of this group...

Why did every single Democrat representative vote AGAINST mandating the vaccine for all those caught sneaking across the border and subsequently released into the US?
They didn't. Let's look at the GOP for the real answer:

You mean like this from the cato institute:
" In 2018, the illegal immigrant criminal conviction rate was 782 per 100,000 illegal immigrants, 535 per 100,000 legal immigrants, and 1,422 per 100,000 native‐born Americans. The illegal immigrant criminal conviction rate was 45 percent below that of native‐born Americans in Texas. The general pattern of native‐born Americans having the highest criminal conviction rates followed by illegal immigrants and then with legal immigrants having the lowest holds for all of other specific types of crimes such as violent crimes, property crimes, homicide, and sex crimes."

The response above was posted to counter my assertion, however as I responded before, that decision is totally irrelevant and inapplicable to what is occurring today.

The responder was confused.

The Jacobson ruling states in the text:  It is within the police power of a State to enact a compulsory vaccination law, and it is for the legislature, and not for the courts, to determine

It appears that the responder above did not understand the 1905 Jacobson case and misconstrued it to believe that the case was giving the Federal Gov't the power to act as a police state in mandating and forcing a vaccine.

He was obviously confused.

I pointed this out in a previous posting, that this case was irrelevant to the idea and actions of Joe Biden forcing a vaccine, and the original responder ignored it.

Today a Federal Judge acted to correct the UnConstitutional Actions of the tyrannical Biden regime.

Here is the article which affirms it:  https://www.theepochtimes.com/mkt_breakingnews/federal-court-blocks-biden-administrations-private-business-covid-19-vaccine-mandate_4089942.html?utm_source=newsnoe&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=breaking-2021-11-06-2&ktids=57c5b13448d3d96e931e87904b7ce8d8&est=lh6DflSRVlK%2FKjxJFcXIY7OtuBEcbxa7ORkeVLN0SgV94n4Eh8yUQnHTAUEPfiMArs3YTiMfwA%3D%3D

Those who are still confused might want to take note above.
This is only a temporary stay until the challenges from the GOP and related groups can be heard.
In response:  "In a statement, Solicitor of Labor Seema Nanda said the Labor Department was "confident in its legal authority" to issue the rule, which will be enforced by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)."
"The Occupational Safety and Health Act explicitly gives OSHA the authority to act quickly in an emergency where the agency finds that workers are subjected to a grave danger and a new standard is necessary to protect them," she said. "We are fully prepared to defend this standard in court.”

Well, here's one who won't be enjoying any of that for quite awhile:

"We have not seen evidence that Capitol Police granted rioters access to the building or that they were “in on” the breach, as some posts claim."
"Footage that appeared to show some officers allowing rioters past barricades was misrepresented online. The journalist who shot the video said the officers backed off the barricade because they were “completely outnumbered.” Other videos taken at different entrances back that up, and show rioters quickly overwhelming police barricades and eventually forcing officers to retreat."

"I have officers who were not issued helmets prior to the attack who have sustained brain injuries. One officer has two cracked ribs and two smashed spinal discs. One officer is going to lose his eye, and another was stabbed with a metal fence stake," per the police union head.
140 or so officers were injured and four died by suicide after the insurrection. One has been indicted for obstruction of justice for reportedly aiding a rioter by communicating with him by cell phone.

From what I saw they are trying to throw 4 years at him while admitting he committed no violence......That seems excessive to me. 41 months for shoving a cop and hitting his helmet with a fist seems excessive as well. Locking protesters up for 10 months and allowing no visitors as well as only offering bail if they will denounce Trump seems excessive as well. Ridiculous in fact.

Buzzwords like "insurrection" and "revolution" have no place in what occurred but they are still being used to incite the public for political purposes daily..... DC may yet find out what real insurrection looks like if the left continues to push though......

As for only being pro-cop when its the left doing the violence....bullshit. I dont see you calling for heads over the cops that have been murdered by leftist activists Moscheck. Were buildings burned to the ground in this "insurrection", were cops beaten or shot to death? Yes there were some regrettable injuries and the ones that committed that violence should be prosecuted.

The good news is I saw where CNN's viewership is down around 80% from their peak as a result of the BS they spew daily.....and MSNBC isnt far behind them.
The bad news is the US "viewership" gets its primetime news from Tucker Carlson. It's no wonder we have had so many unvaccinated and dying as a result...
