Kyoto Protocol Extended

200 countries agreed today to extend the Kyoto protocols limiting emissions from wealthy, industrialized countries. Delegates met in Quatar and extended the 1997 agreement to the year 2020 when a wider global treaty is expected to take effect. Financial assistance is also being offered to poor countries in order to help them cope with climate change.
Gosh, they could have saved themselves a lot of trouble if they had just logged onto the Wattsupwithat website, viewed 3cgraphics and read posts from Dave Snope about global cooling. Just think of all the money, time and other things they could have been doing if they only knew GW isn't real, isn't man-made and in fact, is actually global cooling...

As usual, you don't have a clue, and your title is wrong as nearly 200 countries have approved the extension as per their UN delegates. Your German link doesn't support your title of your post and the extension IS legally binding as per my link from the BBC. You are full of it, nine ways to Sunday...
