WH Calls On OPEC To Increase OutPut Just Like Trump Did

BS.
"The U.S. has imported less oil from the Persian Gulf region under Biden than under Trump. And the share of oil imported from the Middle East — which has been dropping for decades — is continuing to decline."
"The United States continues to import a smaller amount of its petroleum from the Middle East, part of a decades long trend that has continued under President Joe Biden. "The U.S. gets most of its imported oil from Canada. About 9.8% of U.S. petroleum imports (most of it crude oil) came from Persian Gulf countries in 2020, according to U.S. Energy Information Administration data. That has dropped to an average of about 6.6% in the first five months of 2021."
"An EIA report on oil and petroleum products notes that the U.S. exported about 8.5 million barrels per day of petroleum in 2020, while importing about 7.9 million barrels per day, “making the United States a net annual petroleum exporter for the first time since at least 1949.”
"The EIA report, however, made no mention of any Biden policies being responsible for the shift in balance from being a net exporter of petroleum in 2020 to a net importer in 2021 and 2022. Rather, the report in February simply said it is “largely because of declines in domestic crude oil production and corresponding increases in crude oil imports.”
"The decline in domestic crude oil production came “as result of a decline in drilling activity related to low oil prices,” according to an EIA report in January. “Responses to the COVID-19 pandemic led to supply and demand disruptions,” the report noted."
"In fact, the EIA has been forecasting that the U.S. would import more petroleum than it exports in 2021 and 2022 ever since April 2020 — in its first monthly forecast to consider the expected economic effects of the U.S. COVID-19 response measures announced in March of that year (and long before Trump left office)."

One of the reasons we've had a runup in the cost of oil is because we have been exporting it! In fact, keeping it here for America first is one of the things the Biden administration is considering doing to LOWER the cost of oil and its products. That's on the table and under discussion now at the WH...

The working man driving to work might spend $5 a day more driving to work.
Low energy costs are key to a good economy.
And you know how much "energy independence" occurred with Trump vs Biden? Trump was in office for four years, Biden has been in office less than a year so by the time Biden finishes his current term, the we may have more energy production under Biden than Trump. We'll just have to wait and see.
As far Biden pleading with others, if you read the title of this thread, you'll see Trump pleaded with others to do the same thing:

He has a lot of trouble talking to our press.

While they still hold the cards, a specific call putting them, ie the Saudis, on notice that if the production doesn't increase, the US defensive shield around the kingdom decreases proportionally. That'll get their attention right quick. The Saudis couldn't even hold up to Yemen without US support. The Iranians would be all over them and it'd be another Afghanistan fold. The Sheiks wouldn't like that, not one bit. Just the thought of it would be enough for them to click on the on switch for more production. Time to turn the screws a bit given the world pandemic and insufficient production for current needs.

Censoring the Truth about the Covid Vaccines, and VAERS. Those interested in the truth may want to read this article

90,000 per cent of recent covid deaths since June were preventable with the available vaccines, Kaiser Study announced yesterday:
https://thehill.com/policy/healthcare/576573-at-least-90000-covid-19-deaths-since-june-were-preventable-kff-analysis
It's a safe bet vaccine misinformation played a big role and, as we know, the red states have been in the thick of it.
From a doctor yesterday in Idaho: "‘We’ve lost the war’: Idaho doctor says COVID is here to stay as state adds more cases, deaths"
https://www.seattletimes.com/nation-world/weve-lost-the-war-idaho-doctor-says-covid-is-there-to-stay-as-state-adds-more-cases-deaths/
Alaska: "Alaska doctors forced to ration life-sustaining treatments as Covid patients clog up hospitals"
https://www.cnbc.com/2021/10/14/alaska-doctors-ration-life-saving-care-as-covid-cases-clog-up-hospitals.html
Utah: "The number of patients being treated for COVID-19 in hospitals and ICUs by more than 300% since June. Currently, a sustained plateau at peak occupancy levels, including in ICUs, has put immense strain on Utah hospitals."

Just a few examples of the red state of things...

Red state covid victims are more likely to get their news from MAGA media, especially Fox News. The fact that you're ignorant about it doesn't alter that reality.
"Polls have repeatedly shown that viewers of Fox News have significantly higher rates of vaccine hesitancy."
"A new study by a team of researchers in Switzerland seems to have worked a way around this problem, providing the strongest evidence yet of a direct causal link between Fox News viewership and vaccine hesitancy."
"The team found that Fox News tends to have higher viewership, regardless of residents’ political attitudes, in counties where it has a lower channel number. By exploiting this ‘natural experiment’, they were able to separate the effects of partisanship and ideology from those of news consumption.
"The researchers found that one additional hour of weekly Fox News consumption for the average household in a county is associated with a fall in the county’s weekly vaccination rate of between 35 and 76 people per 10,000, a relationship driven by younger viewers."
