He questioned Merrick Garland and asked if the FBI undercover there at the Capitol that day participated in breaking the windows in the area where they were located.

Garland said "I don't have that information".

If it was such an unbelievable intimation by Gohmert, why did Garland answer "I don't know the answer to that question"?  

Please elaborate.  

If the FBI Had none of their agents infiltrating the group, then why did he not just say to Gohmert "that's ridiculous, we didn't have ANY agents there infiltrating ANY Trump group of supporters at the Capitol"!?  

Why did he not say that or become outraged at the insinuation of Gohmert that they had agents there?
