Nothing says "trust the science" like

Posted By Rod Kaufman

Reminds one of the waiver the Trumptoids were required to sign when they attended a Trump rally:
“By clicking register below, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present,” the waiver says.
"It says that anyone attending the rally voluntarily assumes “all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.”

Obviously the Trump team trusted the science enough to require the waiver...

I'll be more specific:
"A government photographer edited official pictures of Donald Trump’s inauguration to make the crowd appear bigger following a personal intervention from the president, according to newly released documents."
"The photographer cropped out empty space “where the crowd ended” for a new set of pictures requested by Trump on the first morning of his presidency, after he was angered by images showing his audience was smaller than Barack Obama’s in 2009."

And fact checked:
"One assertion Spicer made in his initial statement and did not amend, however, is that the National Mall was filled to capacity with spectators from the Capitol to the Washington Monument at the time President Trump took the oath of office. This assertion is not true. These were Spicer’s exact words on Saturday: "We do know a few things, so let's go through the facts. We know that from the platform where the President was sworn in, to 4th Street, it holds about 250,000 people. From 4th Street to the media tent is about another 220,000. And from the media tent to the Washington Monument, another 250,000 people. All of this space was full when the president took the Oath of Office."
"Without disputing Spicer’s claims about the total capacity of the area he describes, his summary claim that it was "full when the president took the Oath of Office" is demonstrably false. The following photographs taken by Reuters photographer Lucas Jackson show the mall from the top of the Washington Monument. Enlarging the pictures makes it possible to see video screens with President Trump delivering his inaugural speech, complete with visible captions that help establish the time at which they were taken."

The fact is that these photos never have a time  stamp put on the photos.  They show fairly large groups of people and then massive groups of people.

All I can say is that I know for a fact that when Trump came here to Colorado Springs a friend of mine went and when she got there, the entire Broadmoor arena was filled to capacity with over 4000 people Outside.

They had big TV screens outside and inside, so there were 8099 people inside and 4000 outside.

For the math impaired like Rod, that's over 12000 people who showed up at the Trump rally in Colorado Springs.

12000.  That's massive.

When did Joe Biden ever get any audience like that?

Never.  He never would. Nobody wants to fall asleep watching an old senile moron up on stage, fall asleep himself.

I remember when Joe Biden held those idiotic rallies where 200 people showed up in their cars, sat inside them, and honked their horns in support.

It sounded like about 5 geese making noise all at once.

wink

What's massive is the fact that Biden whipped Trump's ass by seven million votes...

Does everybody remember the, "Whip Inflation Now" president?
From my history class recollection, it was Gerald Ford.
The infrastructure package promotes commerce by reducing supply line issues thereby increasing supplies. That, in turn, increases availability of goods and services which drives down the cost of these commodities which is why Trump wanted to do it but, as usual, he and his "best people" couldn't get out of their own way...

Gas Prices Relief On The Way

Posted By Rod Kaufman

Biden reportedly has brokered a deal with China so both countries will release oil from their reserves simultaneously to drop the price of oil. The price of oil on the world market is already falling and gasoline prices should follow suit once the joint releases occur:

That'll screw both OPEC and Russia, too...
