Each STATES' Legislatures as outlined under the US Constitution, are the ones to decide what their voting rules are.

That's your problem, in that you aren't familiar with the US Constitution and Article 2, which does NOT give, NOR does it say that the courts will decide the election laws of the Various States.

It is up to the State LEGISLATURES to make the laws that govern the elections in those states NOT the courts.

And "I" am not deciding the requirements for voting in the states, I'm allowing the LEGISLATURES to make the rules for the elections, NOT the courts.

That's YOUR problem specifically, as it is the problem with ALL of those like you, who don't know the Constitution.

Its called the Separation of powers,  and the state courts UNDER The US Constitution are not operating under the purview of their authority to MAKE the election laws in the various states.

The United States Constitution lays out the process of Which branch of gov't will decide who makes the election laws in the various states.

For others who do care about the Constitution (like me), this is a big deal.  

Your Democrats were successful during Covid of Getting the Courts to interject where they had business interjecting.

The Courts don't make the laws, the Congresses of the States and the United States House and Senate make the laws.  

Such as what happened in Pennsylvania and other states where the courts just decided on their own to extend the days for voting, how  the ballots were collected, etc... at the urge of the Democrats and their more than 300 actions taken in states to change the election laws because of the Covid bullshit.  

The courts had no business Making it up as they went along.  

The SCOTUS should have taken up this matter before.  They need to do so very soon.
