Well Greg, I haven't taken a poll but I'd assume amongst the Fox news viewership, it would be. As far as the general population at large, I'd hope more watch Saturday Night Live than Fox in which case they'd all pretty much agree with me...
PS: Now for some astro stuff: I've been looking into night vision astronomy and here's my story thus far: 
First, I've looked into perhaps adapting a digital NV device(which doesn't cost a fortune) for afocal use with a telescope eyepiece but it's a no go. These things depend on an IR illuminator which is essentially an infrared flashlight that lights up the area so the digital NV can actually see it. So obviously you can't shine the IR illuminator into your eyepiece at the same time you're using the digital NV in it to amplify the image. You can use these devices to illuminate some of the constellations at night but I can do that with my own eyes or a pair of binos. 
Second, ya basically gotta get the phosphor screen repurposed military-type gen 3 tubes in order to attach the thing to your eyepiece for a visual application. If you read the stuff on CN and elsewhere, where some of these NV fanatics are really into it, you're talking $4000-$5000 for the unit itself plus various filters per object to be viewed and the so-called requirement for sub F4 fast scopes so that you can have a brighter image with a 55mm plossl eyepiece. Basically, I think that's BS and why do I think it's BS? Because I used some guy's Collin Electro-Optical eyepiece back in the '90s or thereabouts when they didn't have fast sub F4 scopes and I viewed the central star in the ring and some of the nebular structure of the ring in the guy's 12" F6 scope wherein you'd see a green image with background noise that you'd get used to but you'd still see what you want to see. Unfortunately, you can only buy the latter eyepiece used these days and who knows how many hours are left in the tube in those things.  Now it's all commercialized BS, in my opinion and, well, I'm just pissed about it...

I doubt anything will satisfy you as far as a "vice grip" on the border goes, no matter how many apprehensions are made so I won't quote stats again since they don't seem to mean anything to you .

It's also worth noting Biden voting counties constitute 70% of the economy.
As far as energy goes, that presumably means oil and gas to you and not solar or wind. I think it'll be a stretch to think the oil companies will expand production when they won't develop on the lands they already have leases on and when they're raking in profits without doing so...
